Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and adjusting project timelines for design and construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create realistic schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience with scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and work with the team to develop solutions.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
