Job Description:

We are looking for a Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols across all construction sites. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. This role involves conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and providing training to staff on safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain safety records and reports, and ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Certification in safety management, such as OSHA or NEBOSH.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
