Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to oversee all project documentation processes. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing project documents, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of project information and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and to external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project document control registers and logs.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored securely and is easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documents are correctly filed and distributed.
  • Assist in the preparation of project deliverables by organizing and compiling necessary documents.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Proficiency in document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of document control experience.
  • Proficiency in Aconex, e-Builder or SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
